Information we collect
When you submit an enquiry form we store your name, mobile number, optional WhatsApp number and email, the service requested, your message and form-specific details (for example visa type or document type). We also record that you gave consent and when the enquiry was received.
Data processing consent
By ticking the consent box you agree that our team may process this information to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations and provide requested services. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
Storage and security
Enquiries and client records are stored in a secure cloud database with access restricted to authorised staff by role. Client documents are held in private storage and are only opened through short-lived, signed links by authorised staff. We never publish passport, Emirates ID or other identity documents.
Retention and deletion
Closed enquiries are periodically deleted under our retention controls. You can ask us to delete your information sooner, subject to legal retention obligations.
Cookies and browser storage
We use only essential browser storage to remember your language choice and keep staff signed in. We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies; if analytics is added later, this notice will be updated.
How information is used
Information sent to our team is used to respond to your enquiry and discuss requested services. Avoid sending passports, identity documents or sensitive information in an initial enquiry.
Third-party services
WhatsApp is operated by a third party and its own privacy terms apply when you use it. External font delivery may receive standard connection information such as your IP address.
Your choices
You can request access, corrections or deletion of enquiry information held by our team by calling the contact number below, subject to applicable legal retention obligations.
